The problem was not capability. It was visibility. The brand needed a digital footprint, sharper sales material, and proof that could make the business easier to trust before a customer stepped into the showroom.
The work had to turn operational credibility into market credibility.
The homepage moved the brand from supplier shorthand into a clearer timber story, pairing product range, services, proof points, and enquiries in one journey.
The solution
One project became a brand infrastructure partnership.
We started with the pieces YZ Timber needed to be taken seriously online: website structure, clearer product education, category copy, project enquiry paths, and a visual library grounded in the real showroom and warehouse.
As the relationship grew, the work expanded into investor narrative, pitch decks, SEO, paid demand, and product launches for Hidecki and Hiflorki.
The goal was a system the business could keep using: pages that explained timber clearly, assets that showed scale, and product proof that made material quality easier to judge.




Product photography and a short sample-book video gave the new line enough texture for buyers to judge finish, colour, and fit.

The pitch material attracted funding interest, the website gave buyers clearer paths into the product range, and the Hidecki and Hiflorki launches helped YZ Timber move beyond supplier shorthand into a fuller brand story.
