We are hiring people who can think clearly, make strong decisions, and care about the quality of the final thing.

If the work could belong to any agency, it probably is not ready yet.

FableForce principle

That applies to strategy, design, writing, and code. The right people here are opinionated in a useful way and rigorous enough to back it up.

Lead research, positioning, and client-facing strategy work from first conversation to final narrative.

You should be comfortable turning ambiguity into a point of view, then explaining it clearly enough that a founder can act on it.

  • 3+ years in brand strategy, planning, or a closely related role
  • Strong research synthesis and presentation skills
  • Comfort leading client conversations and shaping recommendations
