In F&B, reviews are currency. But asking guests to "please leave a review" feels awkward. Most won't bother. Too many steps, too much friction.
We designed NFC-enabled cards that eliminate every barrier. One tap on their phone, and guests are taken directly to Pera's Google Review page. No searching, no typing, no app downloads.
The cards live on every table. After a satisfying meal, the natural moment arrives. Guests tap, write a few words, and Pera's online presence grows organically.
This isn't just technology for technology's sake. It's brand experience design that respects both the guest's time and the restaurant's need for authentic social proof.
